Child Safety Standards

1) Our commitment to child safety

ASC KidsNet is designed with child safety as a core principle. We aim to provide a safe, age-appropriate, and calm educational experience focused on teaching digital safety through play.

• No user accounts or sign-up
• No user-to-user communication
• No public profiles
• No advertising and no child-targeted marketing
• No tracking and no sale of personal data

2) Zero tolerance for CSAE / CSAM

ASC KidsNet has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We do not allow any content or behavior that involves:

• Sexual content involving minors
• Grooming, solicitation, or manipulation of children
• Exploitation, coercion, or inappropriate communication
• Creation, sharing, or promotion of CSAM

ASC KidsNet does not provide chat, messaging, or social interaction features.

3) Content moderation and enforcement

ASC KidsNet is a non-social educational demo. Users do not create public content and cannot communicate with other users. Therefore, risks related to user-generated content and messaging are minimized by design.

If we introduce any content submission or communication features in the future, we will implement appropriate safeguards, reporting tools, and enforcement processes before release, and we will update these standards accordingly.

5) Compliance with policies and laws

ASC KidsNet aims to comply with applicable child safety laws and platform requirements. We maintain:

• These Child Safety Standards
• Clear statements about no chat, no accounts, and no public profiles

6) Artificial Intelligence (AI) statement

ASC KidsNet does not use AI chat, generative AI, or user-driven artificial intelligence. Interactive elements are based on predefined educational logic and fixed responses. No user input is processed, stored, or transmitted.

7) Changes to these standards

Any updates to these Child Safety Standards will be published on this page with a revised update date.
